Your Brand’s Primary Function Is To Help You Connect With Your Audience.

If you don’t know what your audience wants, you’re taking a guess with your branding. And while guesses can sometimes pay off, it isn’t a long-term strategy. By starting with your audience and the core aspects of your business, we are able to craft your brand strategy and identity to enable you to build a valuable relationship with your audience.

The Process

Discovery Call

Once you’ve inquired, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your business & what services you’d like to book.

Package & Contracts

After the call, you’ll receive a custom package proposal. Once we’ve found just the right package, we’ll get the contract & 50% non-refundable retainer/advanced payment sorted.

Brand Strategy

Once it’s time to start your project, we’ll jump into the brand strategy phase (if included in your package).

We’ll dive into outlining your brand’s goals, voice, design direction, & create a brand carryall including a moodboard.

Brand Design

Now here’s the part where you’ll see your brand come to life! We’ll craft 2 initial concepts (including a mood board if your package didn’t include strategy).

The concepts will include an initial logo as well as a few mockups to show the design in use.

Refinement

Once you’ve picked your favourite of the 2 concepts, we’ll work through refinements and create the other brand collateral included in your package.

After the last round of refinements, we’ll review your final design and I’ll get the final files ready.

Final files

Once the remainder of the payment has been received, you’ll receive all of the files included in your package.

And that’s it! You’re ready to start using your amazing new brand!
